Nicole is a dedicated provider with dual credentials as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). With a passion for innovative mental health care, Nicole founded Revival Wellness and Ketamine to provide compassionate, evidence-based treatments for individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, and chronic pain.

Blending her extensive anesthesia and psychiatric care expertise, Nicole specializes in administering safe and effective ketamine infusion therapy. Her patient-centered approach emphasizes holistic wellness, empowering individuals to reclaim their lives and rediscover joy. Nicole is committed to creating a supportive, healing environment where each patient receives personalized care and guidance on their journey to mental wellness. In her free time, Nicole enjoys traveling, hiking, gardening, and quality time with her husband, three little boys, dogs, and friends.
